  If gluten is an issue then this is the cafe for you. Always plenty of gluten free options. Frienly staff and generally quick service. I personally have a difficult time finding anything more than a simple baked good that I am able to eat as most meal options have garlic and onion in them.

  I love this place! The staff are great, the atmosphere is relaxing and the food is incredible. They have so many healthy eating options, including a lot of gluten free menu items. Everything is delicious! You must stop here for lunch!

  Hands down the best local coffee shop in town! This place is a gem and I wish it wasn't so hard to find so that more people could discover it! The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! Best baked goodies around!

  The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. Local and organic, lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Unfortunately it always takes so long to prepare that it's not a place you can go if you have a very limited amount of time for lunch.

  Great place for food that not only tastes fantastic, but looks equally appetising. There creations are unique and healthy, with options for gluten intolerant people and vegetarians/vegans. Even when some of my meal wasn't tasting right, they corrected it without hesitation, and thats something many food establiments lack when it comes to service. Great place. Will be coming back again.
