  Excellent Food and Service. Ive been coming here for about a year now and its one of my favourite places in Medicine Hat. The food is prepared fresh everyday and purchased from local providers. They have awesome lunch features everyday for $10 and wicked nightly features everyday as well. Another bonus is the draft beer selection, they use both local breweries and the beer is always cold!! Highly recommend this place. Tell them Joey sent ya ;)

  Really great burgers! I especially love the district burger, though I recommend asking for your egg well-done if you don't like runny yolk. Wednesday night wings here are a great deal because they put a lot of effort into their sauces and I love that they just taste awesome! Sometimes the service can be slightly iffy depending on who's waitressing, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. All in all though a great local spot.

  When District first opened it had two of the three things I (and I expect many people also) look for in a restaurant (great food, good service and comfortable atmosphere). The atmosphere has always been lacking: the banquettes are impossibly far from the tables and the stools are incredibly uncomfortable making you choose between two undesirable options. The usual friendly and quick service seems to have been replaced with slow and inattentive servers however, leaving the food, while always enjoyable but just typical, not enough of a draw to bring me back to the edge of town.
